The staff was helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. the breakfast was substantial with high-quality ingredients. it arrived promptly and i was offered more food.

friendly staff polite staff smiling face soft bed late breakfast worst band

the barmaid walked us to our room upstairs. she explained the keys and showed us doors for coming back later. she was friendly and polite with a smile on her face.

the bed was a bit too soft for my liking as i like a firm feel to the mattress. breakfast wasn't available until 9:00 on saturday and sunday! it was a bit disappointing as i had to leave about 9:00 on saturday. also, the band played there on friday night, and in my opinion, they were the worst band i've heard.

inconvenient stairs faulty remote

I faced a couple of issues. The absence of an elevator was inconvenient since our room was at the top of the building. I am not young, and the stairs were a challenge. The TV remote did not work properly, and the staff could not provide a replacement. I ended up manually operating the television.

clean room fresh ingredients reheated chips alarm sound

The location was great. I loved its easy access to local spots. My room was clean, and I found coffee, tea, milk, and biscuits provided. This was a nice touch. Breakfast had a lot of options, and I liked fresh ingredients were used.

The food did not meet my expectations. My chips were reheated. Alarms went off during the night, so sleeping was hard.

wall holes clogged sink

the staff seemed friendly enough, and the breakfast was okay. it filled me up before i headed out.

the room was quite disappointing. there were holes in the walls, which didn't. the shower didn't work at all, and the sink was badly clogged.
